Tiny Champions
(Ages 3-6)
Fun, Focus, and Foundational Growth (30mins)
At Jabari’s Martial Arts Academy, our 3–6 year old karate program is a high-energy, 45-minute blended Sport Karate class designed to build strong minds, confident bodies, and positive character —
all while having FUN!
Our Little Champions program introduces young students to the fundamentals of karate through engaging drills, interactive games, and age-appropriate instruction. While learning basic strikes, blocks, stances, and movement, students develop:

Youth Warriors
(Ages 7-12)
Building Strong Leaders On and Off the Mat (45mins)
Our Youth Leadership Karate program at Jabari’s Martial Arts Academy is designed specifically for students ages 7–12 who are ready to grow physically, mentally, and socially at a higher level.
This high-energy Sport Karate class challenges students to
push beyond their comfort zones while strengthening character, confidence, and accountability.
At this stage, training goes beyond fundamentals. Students refine their technique, increase athletic performance, and develop sharper focus through structured drills, partner work, and controlled sparring. However, our greatest emphasis is on building:

Teen & Adult Training
(Ages 13 & Up)

At Jabari’s Martial Arts Academy, our 13 & over program represents
a defining stage of growth. Students at this level are no longer
simply learning techniques — they are developing the mindset, discipline, and decision-making skills that shape lifelong leadership.
This phase of training emphasizes maturity, responsibility, and meaningful, relevant choices. Students are taught to understand the impact of their actions through a powerful framework:
Myself. My Family. My School. My community.
Every decision matters. Every action carries influence. Through advanced Sport Karate training, conditioning, partner work, and competitive opportunities, students strengthen their physical performance — but more importantly, they deepen their mental discipline and emotional intelligence.
Advanced & Black Belt
Mastery Demands More.
Designed for experienced students & Black Belt (60mins)
Training program challenges athletes to refine technique, elevate performance, and lead by example. Training emphasizes precision, conditioning, advanced combinations, strategy, and mental discipline. Students at this level are expected to uphold the highest standards of focus, leadership, and commitment both on and off the mat.


All Ranks Training
Excellence at Every Level.
Our All Ranks Training program is designed for students at every stage of their martial arts journey. Whether just beginning or advancing toward black belt, students receive structured instruction tailored to their level. Classes focus on technique, conditioning, discipline, and character development while ensuring continued growth and steady progression through the ranks.
Competition Team

Led by Grand Master Larry Green, Mkuu Master Zuzanna Gos Henderson, and Mwalimu Instructor Trevor Henderson, our invite-only Competition Team is designed for dedicated athletes ready to perform at the highest level. With years of elite coaching experience and a proven track record of preparing students for Olympic-level competition, this program delivers advanced technical training, conditioning, and strategic development. Selection is based on skill, discipline, and commitment — this team is built for those ready to compete and win.


Weapons Training
Power with Control.
Our Weapons Training program focuses on the safe and disciplined study of traditional martial arts weapons. Students develop precision, coordination, timing, and advanced control while learning proper technique and respect for each weapon. Training enhances overall martial arts performance, sharpens focus, and builds a deeper understanding of form, balance, and discipline.
Private Appointments Available
Private training sessions offer personalized 1-on-1 instruction tailored to the student’s specific goals, skill level, and development needs. These sessions are available by appointment only.
