Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2026
 

All refunds are governed by the academy’s official refund policy, which is available on the academy website and provided at the time of enrollment.

Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy

To maintain fairness and consistency for all members, the following cancellation policy applies to all monthly memberships.
 

1. Month-to-Month Membership

Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and will automatically continue each month
unless canceled according to this policy.

 

2. Cancellation Notice

Members must provide at least 14 days written notice before the next billing date to cancel their membership.

Cancellation requests may be submitted by:

  • Email

  • Written notice to the academy

  • Online cancellation form (if available)

3. Final Billing
If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days before the next billing date, the following month’s tuition may still be charged.


4. No Refunds for Partial Months
Once a monthly payment has been processed, no partial refunds will be issued for unused classes during that month.


5. Medical or Relocation Exceptions
In the case of verified medical conditions or relocation outside the area, membership cancellation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


6. Reactivation
Students who cancel their membership may re-enroll at any time, subject to current tuition rates and registration policies.
