STUDENT ENROLLMENT
AGREEMENT

This Student Enrollment Agreement is entered into between Jabari’s Martial Arts Academy, located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and the enrolling student or the parent/legal guardian of a minor student.

Student Enrollment Agreement

1. Enrollment
By registering for classes at Jabari’s Martial Arts Academy, the student (or parent/guardian) agrees to participate in martial arts training and follow all academy rules, policies, and instructor guidance.


2. Tuition and Payment
Students agree to pay all applicable tuition, membership fees, and equipment costs required for participation.
Payments may include:

  • Monthly tuition

  • Drop-in class fees

  • Registration fees

  • Uniform or academy apparel purchases

All payments must be made according to the academy’s posted payment schedule.

3. Attendance
Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly to gain the full benefit of training. Missed classes do not qualify for refunds but may be made up if permitted by the academy schedule.

 

4. Student Conduct
Students are expected to demonstrate respect, discipline, and good behavior toward instructors, fellow students, and academy property. Jabari’s Martial Arts Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment if a student engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.


5. Uniform Requirements

Students may be required to wear the official academy uniform or academy-approved training apparel during classes

and events.
